PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a sintered part and an exterior part by insert molding without forming a film on at least one end face of a sintered part such as a sintered bearing. SOLUTION: The sintered part forming step of forming a sintered part by powder molding and an insert molding step of forming an insert sintered part in which an exterior part is integrated on the outer peripheral portion of the sintered part are included and baked. In the binding process, grooves or ridges are formed on the outer periphery of the region excluding at least one end of the sintered part, and in the insert forming process, the outer peripheral surface of one end is the inner circumference of the insert molding mold. A cavity is formed on the outer periphery of the sintered part by covering the circumference of the groove or ridge in the region excluding one end with an insert molding mold at intervals with the surface in contact with the surface in the circumferential direction.
