To immediately notify a plurality of terminals of submissions without causing congestion.SOLUTION: In a submission simultaneous notifying system 1 in which a submission simultaneous notifying server 2 connected to a plurality of terminals 3 used by a plurality of users simultaneously transmits submission contents transmitted in relation to an event which the users participate in to the plurality of terminals, the terminal includes a submission transmission section 353 for transmitting a submission including a submission content relating to an event and a terminal identifier for identifying the terminal. The submission simultaneous notifying sever includes: a notification identifier specifying section 232 for, when the submission is received, specifying a notification identifier associated with the terminal identifier included in the submission from a terminal table 221 in which a notification identifier is associated with each terminal identifier; and a notification simultaneous notifying section 233 for simultaneously transmitting a notification including the submission content and the notification identifier to the connected plurality of terminals.
