PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow support device and others that enable a user to easily select a desired workflow irrespective of whether the user logs in or not, in an information device such as an MFP.;SOLUTION: A workflow support device, which generates information for executing an operation performed by a user by logging in to the first device as a workflow on a second device, includes: acquisition means that acquires the user operation log; determination means that analyzes the acquired operation log and determines an operation related to the second device as a plurality of tasks constituting a workflow; generation means that generates a file describing an operation definition for displaying a button for instructing execution of a workflow composed of the plurality of determined tasks on a UI screen of the second device; and distribution means that distributes the generated file to the second device, in which the file includes at least information for specifying the plurality of tasks and a classification parameter for classifying and displaying buttons on the UI screen.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
