PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pooling management system for efficiently and accurately performing pooling, a pooling management method and a pooling management program.;SOLUTION: A pooling management system 20 has a control part 21 that is configured so as to, when acquiring a message about the balance from the base system where the pooled account is opened via international banking financial network, store the same in a received message storage unit 25, and the received message storage unit 25 is used to check the acquisition status of the account balance of the pooled account at the start time. The control part 21 is further configured to identify the account balance based on the message stored in the received message storage unit 25, to calculate the fund transfer amount by comparing the target balance recorded in a condition information storage unit 22 with the account balance and to execute a series of target balance processing for transmitting a remittance instruction to remit funds transfer.
