PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eco-cultivation system in which harmful microorganisms such as mold do not propagate and proliferate in excrement to generate and transmit spores or to generate malodorous gas. An ecological culture system includes a bottom layer (1), a standing column (2), and a grid-shaped structure (3), and at least one layer of grid-shaped structure is provided above the bottom layer, and the standing column is provided between the bottom layer and the grid-shaped structure. Microorganisms that suppress and kill earthworms, insects and fungi suitable for excrement survival in the bottom layer, where the bottom layer is soil or sandy soil and the bottom layer is supported by vertical columns between two adjacent grid-like structures. Breed. Animals are cultivated above a grid-like structure, and animal excrement falls into the bottom soil or sand to nourish microorganisms that control and kill earthworms, insects, and molds, and to protect small organisms such as earthworms. The secreted antibacterial peptide kills harmful microorganisms such as mold, and the microorganisms that suppress and kill mold also secrete antibacterial substances to kill or suppress the growth of harmful microorganisms.
