To provide an evacuation management system capable of promptly starting an evacuation procedure in case of lonely death, emergency hospitalization or the like.SOLUTION: An evacuation management system for a rental house constituted by connecting a rental contract content database device, an evacuation processing server for performing evacuation confirmation processing, and each terminal device via the Internet achieves emergency evacuation. The evacuation processing server includes: a borrower intention indication receiving unit that receives an emergency evacuation intention indication that a borrower leaves; an authenticity determination unit that determines the authenticity of the evacuation intention indication; a database collation unit that compares contents of the evacuation intention indication and rental contract contents of the borrower when the authenticity determination unit determines that it is true; an emergency evacuation confirmation unit that confirms that the borrower has left due to the emergency evacuation on the basis of the determination result of the authenticity determination unit and the collation contents of the database collation unit; and a related person transmission and reception unit that transmits to each terminal device that the emergency evacuation has occurred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
