To achieve appropriate division between interruption and end of travel support control based on a center route.SOLUTION: A traffic information management center system receives vehicle data transmitted from a hybrid vehicle at intervals of a first predetermined time and executes traffic information communication processing for transmitting reading-ahead information to the vehicle side, and when a center route is set, receives information including an own vehicle position and a destination transmitted from the hybrid vehicle at intervals of a second predetermined time and executes route information communication processing for transmitting route information to the vehicle side. In addition, the traffic information management center system, when the traffic information communication processing is not executed even if the first predetermined time has elapsed, determines it that travel support control by the center route is interrupted, and when the traffic information communication processing is executed at intervals of the first predetermined time, however, the route information communication processing is not executed even if the second predetermined time elapses, determines it that the travel support control by the center route is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
