PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately display a business flow that is automatically generated from log information of an enterprise information system.SOLUTION: A business flow analysis program determines characteristics of a business flow that is automatically generated from log information of an information system in business performed by using an enterprise information system to make a computer display it. The program makes the computer execute: a flow extraction step for generating a work series in which work identifiers that identify work included in the log information are arranged in a chronological order in terms of a case identifier that identifies cases included in the log information associated with the work, a flow determination step for determining characteristics that the work series owns from a work series group generated in the previous step; and a flow display step for discriminating the work series having different characteristics to display them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
