To provide a fixed property tax information management device and a fixed property tax information management program capable of extracting fixed property tax map information and a taxation object to be an update target of taxation information and performing progress management of update processing.SOLUTION: In a fixed property tax information management device, when a transfer information reception unit 12 receives transfer information transmitted from a basic server or the like of a local government to update taxation information, and causes a storage unit 26 to store the transfer information, a transfer table creation unit 14 reads the taxation information and the transfer information from the storage unit 26 to compare the taxation information with the transfer information, and creates a transfer table including transfer items to update taxation information of each taxation object.
