To provide a self-excited vibration heat pipe cooling device which is excellent in startability by generating self-excited vibration even if initial distributions of liquid slags and steam plugs in a heat pipe are homogeneous.SOLUTION: A constitution of a self-excited vibration heat pipe cooling device comprises: a flat-plate shaped heat pipe having bent portions which are formed by bending a sealed flow passage sealed with a working fluid into U-shapes a plurality of times in its own longitudinal direction, and a linear portion; a heat absorption part for absorbing heat from a heat generation body, and arranged at an end part of one side of the heat pipe composed of a large number of the bent portions; a heat radiation part arranged at an end part of the other side of the heat pipe composed of a large number of the bent portions; and a heating part located between the heat absorption part and the heat radiation part, and arranged while contacting with the heat pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
