To provide an anonymous communication system capable of improving transmission rate, by reducing cipher processing load related to route construction of onion routing.SOLUTION: An anonymous communication system transfers multiple encryption data from a transmission source node 10 to a destination node 20 via a relay node of multiple stages, i.e., a guard node G, an intermediate node M, and an output node E, by using onion routing. As the relay node for each stage forming an anonymous communication route, one or more arbitrary number of nodes are secured previously, the relay node of each stage holds one or more pieces of communication path information, as the routing information about the next hop node, and when departure of the hop node from the anonymous communication route is detected, the relay node of each stage switches to the route of new next hop node, and continues anonymous communication by transferring data to the new next hop node.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
