To provide a tank with a temperature unevenness eliminating function, which can make a temperature of fluid in the tank even reliably with a simple structure, to eliminate temperature unevenness without using power for agitation.SOLUTION: A return water pipe 30 has a spiral part 32, is guided from the lower part of a body 20 to the upper part thereof, and eliminates temperature unevenness of accumulated water 10 by heat exchange. Also, the spiral part 32 is provided with a large number of silencer bushes 34, and by discharging a small amount of drain from here, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a water hammer and eliminate the temperature unevenness of the accumulated water 10. Further, by discharging drain in a shower manner from a shower head 36 attached to the terminal end of the spiral part 34, it is possible to eliminate the temperature unevenness of the accumulated water 10 more reliably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
