To provide industry-approved virtual currency to which a structure that is hard to be targeted for speculation is imparted, by using a highly-convenient virtual currency technology.SOLUTION: An industry-approved virtual currency system includes a system in which a private company in an industry, and a union or an association (hereafter referred to as a manager) create a management ledger, and a trading company or a user for executing issue and management of certified currency usable in trading within industry only, and a business deal within industry, exchanges, by the manager, fiat currency into certified currency, preserves it in a wallet of the trading company or the user, to thereby provide a use opportunity in the whole business deal within industry including commodities or services of makers or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
