To provide a know-how generation apparatus for accumulating know-how information on operation states when a specific event occurs in a device, a know-how generation method, and a know-how generation program.SOLUTION: An edge server 1 includes: a storage unit 20 which stores event data 22 formed by associating related data for each of events including identification information of operators, with events on values of one of items or combinations thereof included in time-series data 21 collected from a device 2; an extraction unit 15 which extracts event data 22 associated with the operators included in a predetermined period, in an operating time of the device 2, for each of the operators; a generation unit 16 which generates feature data on operation procedure and operation time for each of the operators on the basis of the event data 22 extracted for each of the operators; and an output unit 17 which outputs the feature data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
