PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a labor of making a response by a customer to power saving requirement.SOLUTION: A power demand management server 10 comprises: a sending part 120 for sending inquiry information for inquiring whether or not a customer cooperates with power saving in an object period to the customer of power, to a home server 30 installed on the customer side; a response information acquisition part 130 for acquiring response information indicating whether or not the customer cooperates with power saving in the object period from the home server 30; a recording part 150 for recording identification information of each customer who achieved a power saving objective out of customers who cooperated the power saving in a past object period immediately before the object period; a registration part 140 for registering, as cooperators of power saving in the object period, a first kind of cooperators who are customers who show an intention of cooperation to power saving in the object period, and a second kind of cooperators who achieved a power saving objective in the past object period out of customers who did not send the response information; and a compensation applying part 160 for applying compensation to each cooperator who achieved the power saving objective out of cooperators of power saving in the object period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
