PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control system of a cement composition and a quality control method of the cement composition, capable of properly treating shipment unsuitable articles generated in a manufacturing process of the cement composition in manufacturing plant.SOLUTION: There is provided a quality control system of a cement composition having at least a dedicated storage facility of shipment suitable cement compositions, a dedicated storage facility of shipment unsuitable cement compositions, and a mixer for mixing the shipment unsuitable cement compositions shipped from the storage facility dedicated to shipment unsuitable cement compositions with article just after manufacturing shipped from a finish pulverization process or a mixing process of the cement composition to provide a cement composition mixture, and a control device for determining dedicated storage facility for storing the cement composition mixture based on a result of a quality confirmation test for the cement composition mixture. There is provided a quality control method of the cement composition for preventing shipment of the shipment unsuitable cement composition from the cement composition manufacturing plant by using the quality control system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
