PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbide manufacturing device capable of manufacturing carbide of which components other than carbon are sufficiently removed while suppressing reduction of the carbon component contained in an organic material.SOLUTION: There is provided a carbide manufacturing device having a body part 21, a cylindrical part 22 having an outer peripheral surface forming a gap 20a for carbonization of an organic waste material between an inner peripheral surface of the body part 21, an organic waste material injection part 23 for injecting the organic waste material to the gap 20a, a primary air supply part 25 for supplying air for primary burning which partially burns the organic waste material deposited in the gap 20a, a carbide discharge part 24 for discharging carbide by carbonizing the organic waste article from the gap 20a, and a control part 29 for controlling carbonization state of the organic waste material so that the organic waste material is maintained in the gap 20a at a prescribed temperature range and the organic waste material is deposited in the gap 20a over prescribed time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
