PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method of creating an aggregate analysis model which allows for analyzing effect of filler aggregates clumped together within a composite material on material properties; a computer program for creating the same; a method of analyzing composite materials; and a computer program for analyzing composite materials.SOLUTION: A method of creating an aggregate model provided herein is for creating an aggregate model by clumping filler models within a composite material analysis model including a plurality of polymer models obtained by modeling a polymer by means of a computer-implemented molecular dynamics method and a plurality of filler models obtained by modeling a filler. The method comprises a first step ST11 for setting up interaction between the filler models and the polymer models and performing numerical analysis, and a second step ST12 for computing inter-model distances among the filler models after performing the numerical analysis and creating an aggregate model on the basis of the computed inter-model distances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
