PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in predicting a demand amount.SOLUTION: A prediction value calculation part 20 calculates a prediction value of a future demand amount on the basis of an actual value of a past demand amount. A revision information reception part 22 receives an input of a revised value for revising a prediction value of a demand amount. A keyword extraction part 24 sets, as a keyword, information of a base of the revision by associating with the revised value. A reliability calculation part 30 calculates reliability of the revised value corresponding to the keyword on the basis of the prediction value revised on the basis of the revised value and the actual value of the demand amount. A revision reflection part 32 outputs, in relation to the revision of the prediction value using the revised value input in the past, the keyword corresponding to the revised value input in the past and reliability of the revised value in association with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
