PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of efficiently preventing a fraud by a telephone.SOLUTION: A fraud prevention system includes a plurality of user terminals and a fraud prevention device that are connected to each other via a network. A user terminal comprises: a voice acquisition unit for acquiring voice of a call partner; a safety information acquisition unit for receiving input of safety information showing whether or not the call partner is a safe partner; an inquiry request unit for performing an inquiry request using identified voice; and a display unit for displaying an inquiry result. The fraud prevention device comprises: a list creation unit that when the safety information acquisition unit receives input of safety information, creates a list associating voice information on the call partner with safety information; a voice information identification unit that when receiving the inquiry request from the inquiry request unit, refers to the list using voice related to the inquiry request to identify corresponding voice information; and an inquiry unit that using safety information related to the identified voice information, identifies an inquiry result to notify the user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
