To provide a lost track data estimation system of a marine vessel using machine learning.SOLUTION: A lost track data estimation system of a marine vessel using machine learning is constituted by comprising: an AIS track database which records track data of the marine vessel received via an AIS and includes a specification of the marine vessel; a marine vessel type classification part which segments a type of the marine vessel by length, width and draft of the marine vessel from the specification of the marine vessel; a marine vessel motion characteristic learning part which learns motion characteristics of the marine vessel according to the track data stored in the AIS track database and the type of the marine vessel classified by the marine vessel type classification part; an input part which receives input of information to an estimation object section from an operator; and a marine vessel track data estimation part which determines the optimal track by generating a track candidate set to the estimation object section, and generating time series prediction track data to calculate an error by comparison between the track candidate set and the time series prediction track data when the estimation object section of the marine vessel is selected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
