PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a configuration with excellent operability by enabling an effective operation of a bedding cleaner and dryer.SOLUTION: A bedding cleaner and bedding dryer 20 can move in a predetermined direction by self-driving force. Before starting an operation to dry and clean mattress, etc., a control device 33 acquires specific information from bedding identification means for identifying hardness of bedding as information to be used for a program to regulate a movement range of mattress 100A. A movement speed and a warm air supply time or a warm air supply amount of a main body case 20C of the bedding cleaner and bedding dryer 20 are determined based on the information. The main body case 20C receives a movement command from the control device 33 so as to be moved in a predetermined direction by rotating wheels 49 having contact with the mattress 100A. Drying warm air is blown out from an inside of the main body case 20C to the side of the mattress 100A in a movement process. Besides, air inside a space closed between the mattress 100A and a quilt 100B is forcibly sucked, so as to catch dust of bedding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
