To provide a nautical chart image display device by which a burden on a user can be reduced when measuring a water depth to a sea floor.SOLUTION: The nautical chart image display device includes: input reception means for receiving an input of a measurement range of a water depth to a sea floor from a user; generation means for generating a traveling route in which the ship travels over the measurement range received by the input reception means, and which is composed of a plurality of straight travel lines with a maximum distance between adjacent travel lines defined to be a predetermined value; and instruction means for instructing the user to steer the ship on the basis of the traveling route generated by the generation means so that the water depth to the sea floor is measured by the measurement means over the measurement range accepted by the input reception means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
