To provide a 3D printing sheet capable of reducing positional deviation of a laminated resin for 3D printed matter.SOLUTION: A 3D printing sheet 1 is provided with: an adhesive layer 10; a base material 20 arranged on the adhesive layer; and a plurality of anisotropic pillars 30 arranged on the opposite surface of the adhesive layer of the base material, and having a nanostructure. A method for manufacturing a 3D printed matter using the 3D pring sheet includes a step for laminating a thermally molten resin on the 3D printing sheet to form a 3D printed matter, and removing the 3D printed matter from the 3D printing sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
