To provide a lance for refining, a lance facility for refining, and a RH refining facility in which a powder spraying position to a molten iron surface of a refining facility can be changed without exchanging the lance or arranging a mechanical lance tip movable mechanism.SOLUTION: The lance for refining includes a main hole nozzle 7 having a Laval shape, a plurality of sub-holes 10 opened in a divergent part 9 of the main hole nozzle 7, and a gas flow rate adjustment device capable of independently controlling gas flow rates flowing to each sub-hole 10 through a sub-hole gas passage 12 for supplying gas for the respective sub-holes 10. The sub hole 10 is disposed at a distance equal to or larger than a throat diameter in the main hole nozzle outlet direction from the starting point of the divergent part 9 of the main hole nozzle 7. The lance facility for refining includes the refining lance and a powder supplying apparatus. The RH refining facility is equipped with the lance facility for refining.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
