PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of simply measuring tensile force of an anchor.SOLUTION: A tensile force measuring device is configured to, in accordance with one embodiment of this invention, acquire acceleration waveform data indicating vibration of an existing anchor, perform Fourier transformation to the acquired acceleration waveform data to calculate a Fourier spectrum of the vibration, calculate an average value of spectrum values within a predetermined frequency range of the calculated Fourier spectrum as a representative Fourier spectrum value, and based on correlation information indicating correlation between a preliminarily acquired representative Fourier spectrum and tensile force, calculate tensile force of the existing anchor corresponding to the calculated representative Fourier spectrum value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
