The present invention provides a reviewer management system and a reviewer management method that are capable of determining users' strong viewpoints and weak viewpoints according to the users' experiences, and determining a reviewer candidate suited for a to-be-reviewed document from among the users. A reviewer management system 1 according to the present invention is for managing reviewers of a document D2, and is provided with: a pointed-out item analysis unit 11 that analyzes pointed-out items, for the document D2, made by the reviewers, and determines strong viewpoints and weak viewpoints of a plurality of users who have been registered in advance; a document analysis unit 12 that analyzes a to-be-reviewed document; and a reviewer determination unit 13 that determines, on the basis of the analysis result of the to-be-reviewed document by the document analysis unit and the strong viewpoints and the weak viewpoints, a reviewer candidate for the to-be-reviewed document from among the users.
