PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the occurrence of the state of deteriorated utilization efficiency of information processing resources by using a simple configuration in a communication connection system.SOLUTION: A terminal connection information management device 300 comprises: a use state determination unit 301 that determines whether or not the capacity of an in-use storage area 315 that has stored terminal connection information used when a first information processing device keeps a state in which a communication terminal is communicatively connected with a communication network meets a first criterion 304; an unused state determination unit 302 that determines whether or not the capacity of an unused storage area 326-1 to 326-m that can store terminal connection information used by a second information processing device and is in an unused state meets a second criterion 305; and a moving unit 303 that moves terminal connection information stored in the in-use storage area to the unused storage area if the capacity of the in-use storage area meets the first criterion and the capacity of the unused storage area meets the second criterion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
