PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an austenitic heat-resistant steel weld metal having excellent weld hot cracking resistance and a weld joint having the same.SOLUTION: An austenitic heat-resistant steel weld metal contains C: 0.06%-0.14%, Si: 0.1%-0.8%, Mn: 0.1%-1.8%, P: 0.025% or less, Cu: 2%-4%, Ni: 12%-16%, Cr: 16.5%-19.5%, W: 2%-4.5%, Ti: 0.05%-0.35%, Nb: 0.05%-0.5%, N: 0.001%-0.015%, Al: 0.08% or less, and O: 0.08% or less, with S, Sn, Pb and Zn as impurities satisfying the following formula (1): [%S]+0.5×{[%Sn]+[%Pb]+[%Zn]}≤0.0030% ([%S], [%Sn], [%Pb], and [%Zn] represent contents of S, Sn, Pb, and Zn as impurities (mass%)).SELECTED DRAWING: None
