PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication ability evaluation support device and the like capable of properly screening potential communication difficulty by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A communication ability evaluation support device 10 comprises: a voice output unit 30 capable of outputting a question for determining the potential communication difficulty as voice information; an input unit 33 which accepts an answer to the question; and a determination unit 202 which determines whether or not the answer inputted to the input unit 33 is a correct answer to the question.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
