To make it possible to increase a completion rate of specific health guidance.SOLUTION: A specific health guidance promotion system includes: a guidance subject information acquisition unit 31 for acquiring guidance subject information specifying a subject of specific health guidance from a first server 100; a user information acquisition unit 32 for acquiring user information for identifying a user of service provided by a business body capable of performing specific health guidance from a second server 200; a guidance subject determination unit 33 for matching the guidance subject information with the user information to determine whether the user of the service corresponds to the subject of the specific health guidance or not; and a guidance subject informing unit 34 for informing an operator terminal 400 when determined to correspond. When the user of the service corresponds to the subject of the specific health guidance, by informing that effect to the operator terminal 400, the business body that checked the information can appropriately perform specific health guidance to the health guidance subject when the health guidance subject uses service of the business operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
