SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: acquiring a query question of a user; acquiring a first query result of the query question and outputting the first query resu and outputting push information for the query question after a first time has passed, the push information including a second query result for the query question and/or first prompt information and the first prompt information being used to prompt acquisition of the second query result for the query question.EFFECT: A demand which has not satisfy a user can be satisfied or a demand of a user can be satisfied more by actively prompting the user to push a second query result for a query question after a first time has passed and/or to acquire a second query result.
