To provide a morning glory device facilitating installation work.SOLUTION: A morning glory apparatus installed on a temporary scaffold for receiving a falling object includes a pair of guide rails installed on an outer surface of the temporary scaffold so as to project obliquely upward, a plurality of panels held between the pair of guide rails and arranged in a line along a direction in which the guide rails extend, a lower frame fixed to lower ends of the pair of guide rails, and an upper frame is fixed to upper ends of the pair of guide rails. On the inner surfaces of the guide rails, grooves for holding the plurality of panels slidably in the arrangement direction are formed. Each of the panels has a panel body and an outer frame portion.
