PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an interference wave signal while reducing an operation load.SOLUTION: An incoming wave restoration device comprises: matrix generation means generating a matrix in which general directivity determined by transmission directivity and reception directivity of a radar receiver is characterized for each discrete indication angle; inverse matrix generation means generating an inverse matrix to the matrix generated by the matrix generation means; multiplication means adjusting at least one of matrix elements of the inverse matrix, multiplying the adjusted inverse matrix by a reception result of an incoming wave being received by the radar receiver and output for each discrete indication angle, and obtaining a multiplication result for each discrete indication angle; and determination means repeating adjustment by the multiplication means until a total value of the multiplication results obtained in the individual indication angles becomes minimum, and determining a wave form determined by the multiplication results in the individual indication angles in the case where the total value becomes minimum to be a restoration result of the incoming wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
