To provide an aromatic material having no need for physical sealing like conventional liquid or gelatinous materials, releasing an aromatic molecule at required amount, which can be received by olfactory sense for the first time by heating, and capable of achieving to downsizing, multi-incense, or high functionalization as a portable aromatic device, a manufacturing method therefor and an aromatic device.SOLUTION: There is provided an aromatic molecule-containing stimulation response aromatic material having an aromatic molecule and a porous coordination polymer having a porous skeleton structure, in which the porous coordination polymer having the porous skeleton structure preferably has a ligand containing a chemical structure of at least one or more skeleton selected from a group consisting of an imidazole skeleton, a phthalic acid skeleton, and a trimesic acid skeleton, and one or more kind of metal ion selected from a group consisting of Al, Fe, Zn, and Cu.SELECTED DRAWING: None
