A curable composition is provided. The curable composition comprises diethylene glycol dimethacrylate and a resin, and the following conditions (1) to (3) are satisfied:(1) a mixed solution of 70 parts by mass of the diethylene glycol dimethacrylate and 30 parts by mass of the resin exhibits a viscosity 15 to 30 times that of the diethylene glycol dimethacrylate alone at 25° C.;(2) the mixed solution exhibits a spin-spin relaxation time of 240 ms or less measured by a CPMG method for pulse nuclear magnetic resonance analysis; and(3) the resin has a polystyrene or polyester structure.
