A thermally activated delayed fluorescent monomolecular white light material, a method of synthesizing thereof, and an organic electroluminescent device. The thermally activated delayed fluorescent monomolecular white light material synthesis method comprises: a first mixed solution preparation step, a first extraction step, a second mixed solution preparation step, and a second extraction step. A light emitting layer of the organic electroluminescent device includes the thermally activated delayed fluorescent monomolecular white light material.
