automated hydraulic circuit to control cardiac tamponade secondary to aortic dissection. the present invention describes an automated blood circulation conduit circuit for controlling cardiac tamponade secondary to aortic dissection in humans (figure 1). this circuit includes a pericardial drainage catheter (figure 2) that catheter, once introduced from the pericardial space, is able to drain the blood content present there, the drained blood is in turn conducted through a pre-pump blood conduit (figure 3) propulsion generated by a peristaltic pump (figure 4). the peristaltic pump is connected to an electronic circuit that is an electronic component capable of processing the information generated by the pressure receptors present in the circuit and presenting its values in the electronic displays present in the peristaltic pump cabinet (figure 4). the electronic circuit also allows the adjustment of the rotation speed of the peristaltic pump as well as the visualization of the flow speed through an electronic display also present in the peristaltic pump cabinet. the blood that is drained by the pre-pump blood line is conducted at its distal end to a double end in t each of these ends is connected to a post pump filter catabolhas (figure 5) which have a hydraulic line of the post pump catabolhas filter to be coupled to the post-pump / pre-filter pressure receptors attached to the peristaltic pump cabinet, these receivers are connected to the electronic circuit that will analyze the pressure and present in a digital display also present in the peristaltic pump cabinet (figure 4). the two post-pump catabolhas with filter drain their blood contents into the post-pump blood conduit (figure 6) which also has a t-tip (connected to the two outlet conduits of the two post-pump catabolhas with filter) and a simple tip connected to the catheter blood return (figure 7) that will drain the blood content into the central venous system thus closing the circuit.
