The present invention relates to methods of treating a subject suffering from or at risk of developing breast cancer, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a combination of a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-ErbB-2 / ErbB-3 bispecific antibody and a therapeutically effective amount of an endocrine therapy, wherein said bispecific antibody has an antigen-binding site that can bind the extracellular portion of ErbB-2 and an antigen-binding site that can bind the extracellular portion of ErbB-3; as well as means for use in said method.
