The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular, to cultivation of roots of the Siberian physocarpous plant, and can be used to obtain valuable biologically active compounds - pyranocumarins. The method for producing roots of Phlojodicarpus sibiricus (Steph.) K.-Pol. in vitro comprises sterilization of seeds of the plant with hydrogen peroxide for 5 min, rinsing, triple washing for 5 min in distilled water, placing sterile seeds on a solid nutrient medium free of hormones having the following composition: NH4NO3 - 1650,0002,0000 mg; KNO3 - 1900,0002,0000 mg; MgSO4H2O - 370,0001,0000 mg; KH2PO4 - 170,0000,1000 mg; CaC122H2O - 440,0000,5000 mg; H3BO3 - 6,2000,0100 mg; MnSO44H2O - 22,3000,0200 mg; ZnSO47H2O - 8,6000,0100 mg; KI - 0,8300,0010 mg; Na2MoO42H2O - 0,2500,0010 mg; CuSO45H2O - 0,0250,0001 mg; CoCl26H2O - 0,0250,0001 mg; FeSO47H2O - 2,7850,001 mg; Na-EDTA - 3,7250,001 mg; thiamine - 0,1000,0010 mg; pyridoxine - 0,1000,0010 mg; sucrose - 30000,000100,0000 mg; water - 1000 ml; agar - 5000 mg. Further, the plants obtained in vitro are placed in Petri dishes in a similar nutrient medium with the addition of auxin, such cultivation of the plants being carried out in the dark, at 261C, air humidity in the room of 705%, the subcultivation cycle to last for 4 weeks. When replanting, 1/3 of adventitious roots are used, and the resulting adventitious roots are grown for more than thirty cycles. Adventitious roots of the Siberian physocarpous plant grown in vitro from seeds through their plant phase manifest stable growth parameters and morphological characteristics.
