FORMULATION AND PROCESS TO OBTAIN A NATURAL SANITIZER BASED ON ACACIA FARNESIANA (HUIZACHE) EXTRACTS.

The present disclosure is related to a formulation and a process for the elaboration of a one hundred percent natural sanitizer based on the bark of Acacia farnesiana (Huizache) using dyes, natural essences and water as a solvent for the extraction of the compounds of interest. This sanitizer can be used on all types of surfaces, such as tables, furniture, floors, bars where food is prepared, etc., guaranteeing safety on the surfaces where it has been applied. Both the formulation and the process are designed as an alternative to obtain a harmless sanitizing product. Dealing with those chemicals that can cause damage to people's health or the environment either in their preparation, during their application or when they are discarded. This formulation is designed so that is capable of eliminating the microorganisms that are present on the surfaces where it has been applied and obtaining better results than the existing disinfectants on the market. This document shows the stages for obtaining said sanitizer that consists of the following stages: Drying of the plant material, size reduction, aqueous extraction of the phytochemicals present in the plant material by boiling, cooling by means of thermal shock, primary filtering, secondary filtering, formulation and packaging of the sanitizer.
