The present invention relates to an aiding and supporting device for enhancing comfort and lifting, such that same is hung on and supports the protruding belly of a pregnant woman or woman in a gestational state, which is intended for maternal health during the last trimester of pregnancy. In particular, the invention relates to a supportive female garment or device for enhancing comfort for pregnant women, which comprises a fitted garment (1) corresponding to a bodice that includes a chest area (2), an abdominal area (3) and a hip area (4); a belt (5) arranged towards the area of the protruding belly in the abdominal area (3), comprising a strip of elastic fabric that forms part of the bodice (1), surrounds the body from the waist and is disposed towards the area of the belly protruding from a reinforcing strap (6) that extends vertically, following the extreme outline of the bodice from the chest area (2), below an axillary area, vertically towards the hip area (4) of the bodice (1); and a cushioning device (7) that covers the belt (5) of the abdominal area (3) and comprises a sash (8) that surrounds the waist and extends towards the front, forming two end sections, one left (9) and one right (10), each comprising a bulb shape, each left section (9) and right section (10) of the sash (8) comprising internal wedges (11).
