The object of the invention is composition comprising isolated strains of saprophytic soil bacteria:sp. strain 1.4,sp. strain 202B,sp. strain 233,sp. strain 307A,sp. strain 6A,sp. strain 45,sp. strain 23 (W),sp. strain 60 (W) deposited under the deposit number B/00148 in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms PCM, the biopreparation containing such composition and methods and uses thereof in agriculture.
