The scope of the notification is the Raman Surface Strengthened Measurement Platform, which is characterised by being a photovoltaic cell with a layer of metal trousers forming a bottom electrode,is coated with a silicon mixed with an anti-reflective surface layer (3),on the surface of which the electrical outlets (4) constituting the upper electrode are placed,with an additional metal layer (5) embedded in the anti-reflective layer (3). The notification shall also cover the preparation of the platform for the measurement of the enhanced Raman effect and the identification of substances and/or micro-organisms using that platform, where spectroelectrochemical measurement is additionally carried out by applying the electrical potential to the metal layer of the lower photovoltaic cell and to the electrical outlets (4) on the surface of the anti-reflective layer (3). The notification shall also include the use of a platform for the direct detection and/or identification of substances and/or micro-organisms,in particular bacteria using a surface enhanced Raman effect technique or in combination with electrochemical measurements.
