The subject of the notification is the external cellular, sub-solar, epigenetic transformation of mammalian oocytes, in particular pigs and cattle which relies on it, that a sample of a non-specific DNA methyltransferase inhibitor (DNMTi) or a non-specific nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or a mixture of a non-specific DNA methyltransferase inhibitor (DNMTi) and a non-specific nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) in volume 1, is weighed: 1 -dissolves in a stabilizing buffer,and then a sample of such a buffered solution of a non-specific methyltransferase DNA inhibitor (DNMTi) or a buffered solution of a non-specific nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or a buffered mixture of non-specific methyltransferase DNA inhibitor (DNMTi) and non-specific histone deacetylase inhibitor nuclear chromate (HDACi) is cryogenically protected,with a sample of buffered non-specific methyltransferase DNA inhibitor (DNMTi) or buffered non-specific nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or buffered mixture before undergoing sub-solar epigenetic transformation of reconstituted oocytes non-specific inhibitor methyltransferase DNA (DNMTi) and non-specific inhibitor deacetylase of nuclear chromatin histones (HDACi) are thawed,the sample is then added to a microinjection buffer, filled with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and inserted into a glass micropipette or injection needle, then the reconstructed ooplasts from somatic cells undergo an external epigenetic transformation by microsurgical deposition under the transparent oocyte cover of a non-specific methyltransferase DNA inhibitor (DNMT) buffered solution(i) either a buffered solution of an unspecified nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or a buffered mixture of an unspecified methyltransferase DNA inhibitor (DNMTi) and an unspecified nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi).
