The purpose of the notification is to obtain the plant growth stimulant, the preparation obtained in this way and the use of the preparation. The solution includes a preparation containing an aqueous solution of inorganic salt activated by a DC-APGD-type continuous-stream infusion under atmospheric pressure in contact with the liquid. The preparation is obtained as a post-plasma solution by means of a cathode-ray discharge.APGD generated in contact with the liquid cathode in the continuous flow system containing the liquid cathode and the solid anode. The aqueous solution of the inorganic salt soluble in water with the concentration of such salt in the solution shall be used as liquid cathode at least 0,1% (m/v) and at m o st 0,5% (m/v). Activity of the preparation against economically important plants has been confirmed.
