The purpose of the notification is to modify the titanium surface by plasma electrochemical oxidation in baths containing Ca(H2PO2)2 with a concentration of 0,01 mol/dm3 to 5 mol/dm3 based on this, the process is conducted at anode current density from 1 mA/cm2 to 250 mA/cm2 and the clamping voltage from 50 V to 600 V is characterised by the fact that the surface modified element is immersed in an aqueous salt solution containing insoluble metal phosphate of 1 to 400 g/dm3 concentration.
