The purpose of the notification is to produce carbon layers containing graphene on nanoparticles, in particular quantum dots, containing at least one semiconductor material and a reaction vessel to obtain carbon layers on nanoparticles. Reaction vessel for the production of carbon layers containing graphene on nanoparticles essentially constituting a tube,is characterised by the reaction vessel being divided into at least two parts of a tube with a different diameter in the cross section, and the vessel contains at least one reaction pressure (13) in the form of a funnel tube. The crucible joins through the inlet (14) of the crucible (13) and the outlet (12) of the crucible (13) respectively a narrow part of the vessel and a wide part of the vessel. This is how the dimensions of the adhesive (13) are chosen to meet the rule: R-r? h and h/r? 10 where R -output radius (12),r -input radius (14) funnel, h- funnel height. A reaction vessel for the production of carbon layers containing graphene on nanoparticles essentially constituting a tube is also covered by the notification.
