The invention relates to a process for preparing a chemiresistive humidity sensor. According to the invention, the process comprises the following stages: preparation of a binary composition consisting of 0.2...10% by mass oxidated carbon nanohorns and iron trioxide, deposition of the so-formed aqueous solution, by spin coating or drop casting method, on a usual dielectric substrate having a thickness of 50 μ m...5 mm provided with linear or digitated electrodes, resulting in a sensor for monitoring humidity in the temperature range of 25...400°C.
