The present invention comprises: a first pipe part (4, heating-side header pipe 94) for introducing a high-temperature fluid (22, heating oil HOL); a second pipe part (6, cooling-side header pipe 96) for introducing a cooling fluid (30, cold water LW); and a fastening part (8) that fastens the first pipe part and second pipe part and has, provided therein, a partition plate (36) for partitioning the first pipe part and second pipe part. The temperature difference between the high-temperature fluid in the first pipe part and the cooling fluid in the second pipe part produces a temperature gradient in the fastening part. As a result, the present invention provides an experiment device, system, program, and method and a learning method for reproducing the operating conditions at an actual site where sealing is to be carried out.
